And whether we realize it or not the prominence of smartphones in our world has given us a unvarying soundtrack to our lives. The difference in our music intake now and a decade ago has probably been the most exponential transpiration ever. Not only do we have an infinite value of options in this limitless library we undeniability the internet; we have these options misogynist to us in an instant. Now increasingly than ever, we’re worldly-wise to lose ourselves in a new atmosphere. This worthiness is something we often take for granted. It’s important to realize our souvenir at times. We believe that in R&B, the likelihood of a song stuff driven by the prospect, or plane demise of a relationship is exponentially higher than many other genres of music. The narrative or idea of a song stuff driven by romance is often one tent the extremely diverse spectrum that is emotion. Since artists are likely to go through the same experiences of love or loss, just as any of us are, their writing comes from a place of genuineness. A place we all can relate to. A place a lot our identities, memories, feelings are wrapped into. Here are 10 artist’s who’ve captured the narrative and made their presence felt within it ReadIncreasingly→ Oct 6, 2018 Comment Sep 14, 2018 Comment Wavy Matt's Latest Single 'Nut' Let's Me Know He's Here To Stay Sep 14, 2018 Comment Stylistically, this song is something to be expected of the rapper hailing from Warner Robins, GA. The ad-libs are soaked reverb followed by a wait just as heavy. The production is stripped to its yellowish essentials. Few can make a bell, hi-hat and distorted 808 line work like Matt can. The real show, congruent with older singles, is the vocal performance by Matt. His relentless energy commands your attention. And now that he’s drawn you in, his hyperbolic lyrics send you to the level of overstepping it takes to record a song like this. Working nonflexible as overly a month into his latest single 'Feel Nobody', a track that sounds like it's fresh out of a horror movie soundtrack. Butch in my opinion is someone who has all the potential in the world to officially put Baltimore's music scene in the forefront. Anytime I talk with him, there's flipside layer of his thinking revealed.  ReadIncreasingly→ Jun 23, 2018 Comment May 14, 2018 Comment GOLDSPACE Is a Heavy Hitter May 14, 2018 Comment The duo from Boston, MA comprised of Maia Quin & Andre Samuel team up with Saint Laurant to provide the surreal vellicate that is 'Heavy Hitter'. The duo wastes no time getting into the crux of the track; dreamy vocals accompanied by the intoxicating vellicate of the percussion. Waking up in the wrong bed again, brushing off the last night to protract the cycle. It may be a track devoid of emotion in that sense, but the single is anything but devoid of energy. He exudes coolness; 'Fuego' is the perfect exhibition of his swagger. You'd have a nonflexible time picking which element of this track draws you in the hardest. From the smooth and subtle strumming of an sensory guitar, provided by producer DOPAM!NE, to Manu's laid when deliverance of confident - scrutinizingly self-assured lyrics, to Anfa's vibrato wavy versus the groove of the percussion.  ReadIncreasingly→ May 14, 2018 Comment May 14, 2018 Comment Maya Law's 'Give Me No Love' Reassures Those Dealing With Heartbreak May 14, 2018 Comment U.K's Maya Law sings with the conviction of someone who has experienced a sadly not so rare level of betrayal. The singer uses the horn-soaked, downtempo write-up to portray a relationship gone sour. Whether she's singing from her perspective or flipside is unclear; but the pain of a relationship ending in poor malleate is unveiled as ever. The chorus stuff the inside of regret; "I never meant to cut you off, or imbricate you in words you're not worthy of." Those lines may be coming from someone who was in over their head; thinking that someone could be something worth counting on. Love flaming then fizzling out may be a frequent occurrence for a younger person, but the worthiness to yacky that as passionately as Maya has on this track is nonflexible to come by.  ReadIncreasingly→ May 14, 2018 Comment May 9, 2018 Comment Cool Company Keeps it Light on 'Shadow' (Interview) May 9, 2018 Comment The R&B duo comprised of charismatic vocalist, Cool Yan, and multi-instrumentalist, Fat Matt are when to requite us 'Shadow', a cut from their forthcoming EP titled 'The Dose Pt. 1'. The duo, with the help of rapper Innanet James, shows us that plane guys with their poise can succumb to their demons with the right kind of pressure. Not a likely subject for production with such a fun vellicate provided by its percussion; but the task of adapting isn't anything the two New Jersey natives can't handle. It feels like every instrument has been meticulously serried like a foreign language; liaison to flipside universe. Identity is a big component of the unvarying struggle of finding meaning in a world, that some may say, is meaningless. Whether you stipulate with that statement or not, you could see that identity and representation go hand-in-hand. But what you may not be worldly-wise to see is the representation of many demographics. Not so much in what you see, but who you see. There are plenty of examples of the culture these groups cultivate in creative fields. But we often aren't lucky unbearable to see it from them.  An exhibition 'Absence / Assemblage' challenges the imbalance of representation in our world. Two first-year MFA graduate students at Washington State University have taken on the task of disrupting what we may think are the norms of our world. The narrative, whether it stuff in pop culture, music or art, hasn't unchangingly been known to be one of inclusivity. And while I believe that this narrative is waffly considering of artists like Nayo & Sanders, that is the unfortunate truth of the matter.Stuffa spark that ignites transpiration is no easy feat by any means. But it seems these two artists are up for the challenge.
